Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship anywhere in the US to a recognized street address. We ship through UPS and will provide a tracking number to you. In most cases we will ship within 4 days of receiving your order.  Due to the threat of rampant porch theft which we have no control over, if we can provide a delivery confirmation to the correct address and a location where the package was left, we will not be responsible to replace a missing confirmed delivered shipment due to porch piracy.

Custom Orders
We do accept custom design requests and are willing to work with you on creating a special plate just for you. It will depend on the time of season and our own show schedule as to how much time we can devote to a custom design.

Color Suites
We offer several color suites utilizing a large variety of dried botanicals (flowers and fruit), pastas, grains, beans, shells, crushed mother of pearl, and glass. In each color suite there are many possible different combinations. We may not always be able to exactly reproduce what you saw at a show due to a supply chain difficulties however in most cases we can come very close.

Guarantee
We guarantee our products for one year after purchase for workmanship defects. Because the stovetop temperature cannot be precisely regulated, we do not recommend placing a pot or pan taken directly from the stove top burner and placing it onto our trivet. Please remember that the trivets are not completely watertight and if exposed to water it may wick under the wood rails. If this happens it could lead to the botanicals molding. If this should happen, please contact us and we will evaluate on each individual basis. An information sheet or sticker is given out explaining the CARE instruction for our trivets with each purchase. If you have any questions about your trivet please give us a call, text or email!
